On my second night, I found a small roach in the room which was concerning. The hotel seemed to be the only option near the concert venue, which made it convenient, but I wish the cleanliness matched the location's convenience. Overall, I'd say the positive aspects like friendly service and great breakfast helped overshadow some of the negatives, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

One of the two elevators was out of service, and the operational one was excruciatingly slow, leading to long waits and relentless stair climbing. The air quality in the room felt stale, detracting from comfort. Additionally, the breakfast spread lacked basic items like forks and butter knives, which feels like an oversight for morning meals. A couple of the outlets in the room were worn out, making charging devices a hassle, and the mini fridge didn’t function at all. These issues compiled made the stay feel more daunting than relaxing.
