However, the room needed some minor maintenance attention.

Decent location for downtown access and interstates, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, addressing issues promptly, such as replacing a wobbly luggage rack. The room was satisfactory, but there were minor maintenance concerns that needed attention. Dining options were limited, but classic Italian dishes offered a comforting choice.

I stayed here for a concert and found the location unbeatable. The staff were welcoming and quick to check me in. My room offered a decent amount of space with two comfortable queen beds. The breakfast spread was a highlight, plenty of hot options like eggs and sausage. Fresh waffles. I appreciated the variety. However, the bathroom could've used a thorough cleaning. There were remnants from previous guests that were unpleasant. I also noticed some wear and tear in the room, like a toilet roll holder barely hanging on. On my second night, I found a small roach in the room which was concerning. The hotel seemed to be the only option near the concert venue, which made it convenient, but I wish the cleanliness matched the location's convenience. Overall, I'd say the positive aspects like friendly service and great breakfast helped overshadow some of the negatives, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, but
the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. While I appreciated the warm atmosphere and quick service, the bathroom specifically had some maintenance issues that should be addressed for a comfortable stay.

missingWrote a review on May 29poor cleanliness
The cleanliness of the areas left much to be desired, with dirty floors and unkempt public spaces marring the overall experience. One of the two elevators was out of service, and the operational one was excruciatingly slow, leading to long waits and relentless stair climbing. The air quality in the room felt stale, detracting from comfort. Additionally, the breakfast spread lacked basic items like forks and butter knives, which feels like an oversight for morning meals. A couple of the outlets in the room were worn out, making charging devices a hassle, and the mini fridge didn’t function at all. These issues compiled made the stay feel more daunting than relaxing.
